Joey Beenz purchased this location in 2007.  We were weary of mass produced, regulated processed food that lacked integrity, we created our own unique comfort food with fresh alternatives crafted from scratch using our own methods. We use only the finest ingredients, no chemicals, no preservatives and no hidden ingredients.

Joey Beenz is about the simple pleasures in life – not just great food; but comfort food and moments for ourselves, time with friends, or just a friendly face at the end of the day. It is a place that allows people to take time away from their busy day and remember what simple fulfillment is about, whether that’s a quiet moment to read with a coffee, laughing with friends over a shared dessert or a business meeting over lunch.

We’re more than just a coffee shop, we believe since 2007 our inception has made this place something unique, something different from the run of the mill coffee house.  We are of course your local coffee house. Your all event caterer. Your Sunday breakfast hangout spot or your Tuesday get-together for lunch with the gals and your community meeting spot. We are still that place that makes you feel comfortable.  We also like to think we are different and just a little extra special.

We believe that you deserve more than a burnt, over roasted or bland coffee.  We are proud to serve a variety of fair trade and organic locally roasted coffee beans for the highest quality and fullest flavoured cup of coffee. Always rich and never bitter.  While our barista is busy preparing your perfect beverage keep in mind that we take great pride in our commitment to providing you with a high quality taste experience.  At Joey Beenz Bistro we are also about good quality food!  How it looks, how it tastes and what goes into creating the finest item you will enjoy eating. We believe that the best ingredients will produce the greatest flavour. We know that people eat with their eyes long before the food ever reaches their mouths. That’s why flavour alone isn’t enough at Joey’s. It’s essential to us that what you are about to eat is the most deliciously beautiful item of food you could imagine putting in your mouth.
